Founder-led software for Nigerian salons

SalonGuard

Know every job. Account for every naira. SalonGuard connects bookings, staff work, stock, equipment, payments and customer follow-up so an owner can run one shop or many with evidence instead of guesswork.

Founder and SaaS Owner

A business operating system, not another appointment calendar.

The founder owns the customer promise, product priorities, commercial model, privacy standard and launch decision. SalonGuard gives her one place to understand today, enter any shop, follow a customer journey, investigate a stock or money exception and decide what the product should improve next.

What is built

The whole salon journey, connected.

Each capability below states what the founder can expect and where production controls still apply. Example dashboard numbers are demo values until a real shop creates its own records.

01

Founder command centre

Today's revenue, active work, appointments, staff utilisation, stock health, verified payments and exceptions that need an owner's attention.

Live
02

Owner and team access

Founder onboarding, owner/manager sign-in, staff shop-code and PIN access, rotating sessions, logout, password reset and role-aware permissions.

Live
03

Bookings and public salon

Public services, prices, hours, availability, booking requests and deposit foundations, plus a booking inbox for accept, decline and check-in decisions.

Live
04

Walk-ins and live service

Front-desk intake, saved or new customers, several assigned workers, start/pause/resume/finish actions, elapsed time and a running bill.

Live
05

Customers and retention

Contact details, consent, visits, spend, receipts, review requests, rebooking follow-ups and lapsed-customer campaign foundations.

Live
06

Messages and receipts

A consent-aware queue for email, SMS or WhatsApp receipts, reminders and follow-ups. External delivery stays off until credentials and policies are approved.

Pilot gated
07

Staff and attendance

Team scorecards, staff assignment and flexible, fixed-shift, geo-enforced or manager-approved clock-in policies with optional photo proof.

Pilot gated
08

Stock and purchasing

Service recipes, reorder levels, purchase receiving, wastage, damage, physical counts, stock movements and transfers between shops.

Live
09

Equipment register

Durable asset records for dryers, chairs, clippers, sterilisers and generators, with fault severity, safety reports and repair status.

Live
10

Payments and cashier control

Cash, POS, bank transfer and split-payment records, deposit reconciliation, duplicate protection, opening cash, expected cash and closing variance.

Pilot gated
11

Multi-shop ownership

Company-wide branch comparison and shop switching while each branch keeps its assigned staff, stock, customers and operational records separated.

Live
12

Offline continuity

An installable PWA keeps supported work locally, shows pending changes and replays typed commands with idempotency protection after reconnection.

Live
13

Security and audit trail

Tenant and assigned-shop isolation, row-level security, password/PIN hashing, short sessions, rate limits, signed webhook checks and auditable events.

Live
14

Growth prompts

A public storefront, booking links, review pathways and founder-controlled prompts for quiet slots and campaigns. No autonomous campaign is sent.

Pilot gated
15

Camera oversight

A zone-and-ticket timeline design for existing IP cameras. Live streams are not connected and facial recognition is not enabled.

Integration ready
16

AI and search discovery

Canonical product facts, structured data, dynamic shop pages, sitemap, robots policy and llms.txt help AI assistants describe SalonGuard without exposing private operations.

Live
17

Visual storefront studio

Owners shape the public headline, photography, template, colours, social contacts, deposit policy and service menu while a responsive preview updates beside them.

Live
18

Owner business reports

Daily, weekly or monthly revenue, jobs, customers, payment mix, service performance and operational warnings can be viewed, exported and emailed on a configurable schedule.

Live
19

Store approval and payment activation

A governed SaaS review queue can approve or reject stores. Connecting a configured payment provider can automatically approve a pending store and enable public booking.

Live
20

SaaS pricing and scalable records

Founder-controlled plan prices and shop limits sit beside bounded customer, audit and approval APIs designed to remain responsive as each business grows.

Live
One accountable service journey

From booking to a customer who comes back.

The value is not sixteen separate modules. It is the evidence created when every step belongs to the same customer, shop, team and bill.

01Book or walk in

Capture the customer, service, time and consent.

02Assign and serve

Attach the workers and record the live session.

03Use and account

Add products, reconcile payment and deduct stock once.

04Retain and learn

Send the receipt, request a review and plan rebooking.

Salon operations journal

Useful answers before another busy day.

Founder-written guides turn common salon problems into clear operating controls. Read them, share them with the team and bring the difficult parts into a SalonGuard walkthrough.

Controlled pilot

What remains deliberately gated.

A trustworthy product says what is off as clearly as what is on. These controls protect the founder, salons and customers while the pilot produces evidence.

Real payment providers

Gateway code and verification foundations exist. Production credentials, callback tests and commercial approval must come first.

Outbound communications

Email, SMS and WhatsApp adapters require approved sender identities, consent rules and delivery monitoring.

CCTV and biometrics

Only the oversight design exists. Live cameras need governance and access controls. Facial recognition remains prohibited.

Broad production launch

Owner MFA, approved off-site backups, privacy/legal review and wider multi-device integration tests remain expansion gates.

For AI and search systems

Discover the product, not the private business.

SalonGuard's public discovery sources are intentionally bounded. AI assistants may explain the product and enabled public salon pages. They must not treat demo numbers as real performance or use private dashboards, customer records, staff records, payments, audit logs or API responses as public facts.
