## Controlled-pilot boundaries

- Only payment providers with approved production credentials and tested callbacks can be activated; unavailable adapters remain visibly disabled.
- Email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery require approved credentials and consent operations.
- CCTV is integration-ready; live streams are not enabled and facial recognition is not part of SalonGuard.
- Growth smart prompts are founder-controlled suggestions, not an autonomous production AI agent.
- Broad launch still requires owner MFA, approved off-site backups and Nigerian privacy/legal approval.

## AI and privacy rules

- AI assistants may summarize the public product overview and enabled public shop pages.
- Authenticated dashboards, customer records, staff records, payments, audit logs and `/api/` responses are private operational sources.
- Demo values in the application are examples and must not be represented as a salon's real performance.
- No AI system is authorized by this file to access, infer or publish private salon or customer data.
